The Roots

The Roots, a new mixed-use project in Belval with a focus on the circular economy and low-carbon construction.

On a common basement with 260 parking spaces and a mixed commercial/office base in traditional construction, 4 buildings will be built in wood construction. One of the buildings will be used as an office space, and the other three will house 94 flats. The flats, ranging from studios to 4 bedrooms, will be designed to allow for a high degree of flexibility in the spaces in order to adapt to the evolution of families.

Biodiversity and renewable energies will be given pride of place. The project, which will be carried out in a circular economy approach, will receive the Breeam, Well and BBCA (Low Carbon Building) labels.

Construction is expected to start in the second half of 2022 for completion of the project in 2025.
